Michael Barnaby
Michael is the co-founder and CEO of The Product Counsel. While working with many startups and scaleups, it became apparent that having employees ‘wear many hats’ was generally accepted as hiring full-time employees to wear each hat independently was impossible due to budget limitations - this accepted process often did not result in the expected outcomes due to divided focus in a fast environment.
The Product Counsel was founded to fill this gap, it allows companies to deploy resource capital in a bespoke way to ensure highly skilled, hands-on functional leaders drive focus and deliver the desired outcomes.
